      Gameplay Rules:

      Scramble Format:

      Each team consists of multiple players.

      All players on the team hit their tee shots.

      The team selects the best shot and all players play their next shots from that position.

      This process is repeated until the ball is holed out.

      Player Finishes Putt: Not required

      Putting Mode: 5 Foot Gimmie (Putts within 5 feet are considered holed out)

      General Rules:

      Eligibility:

      Open to all players within the specified handicap range.

      No guest players are permitted; only registered participants may compete.

      Registration:

      All participants must register before the start date.

      Conduct:

      Players are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.

      Any form of cheating or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

      Equipment:

      GolfRs provides balls and clubs, but players are welcome to bring their own.

      Scoring:

      Scores must be recorded accurately and submitted at the end of the round.

      In case of a tie, the standard tiebreaker rules for scramble format will be applied.

      Safety:

      Players are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by GolfRs.

      Any accidents or injuries must be reported to the event organizers immediately.

      Prizes and Awards:

      Dispute Resolution:

      Any disputes or issues arising during the event will be resolved by the event organizers.

      The decision of the organizers will be final and binding.

      Terms and Conditions:

      • Event Operation: SiMania does not warrant that the operation of the event’s product will be uninterrupted or error-free. In case of any errors or failures during the event, SiMania will make best efforts to address them but will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
      • Player Conduct: All players must play responsibly and ensure they do not affect other participants. Any player found engaging in misconduct will be subject to elimination and potential banning from the event.
      • Personal Items: SiMania is not responsible for any damage or loss of players’ clubs or personal items.
      • Media Rights: SiMania reserves the right to record video footage during the event and share it on social media under the GolfRs or SiMania brand, unless a player explicitly requests not to be recorded.
